Our story

Indian cuisine that stays true to itself

Vinobah was born from a simple conviction: Indian food tastes best when it's cooked the way it is at home. For more than thirty years, the same care has guided the kitchen — carefully measured spices, sauces simmered slowly, breads baked in the tandoor. In 2004, this work was rewarded with the Fourchette d'Or for Indian gastronomy.

The smoky aroma of the tandoor, the slow-cooked curries, the saffron scent of the biryanis: every dish tells a story of India, across the diversity of its regions. And because vegetarian cuisine deserves the same care, it holds a genuine place on our menu.
